Part-Time Teacher Aide - Gambrills The Teacher Aide plays an important role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

This role includes:

Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines Supervising and engaging with children to support their growth and learning Preparing and organizing classroom materials Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Supporting teachers with daily classroom needs and transitions The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
