Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively through established classroom management techniques. Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed, including tutoring for those requiring additional assistance. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and address any concerns related to child welfare. Support special education needs by adapting teaching methods and materials accordingly. Facilitate early intervention strategies to assist children in reaching developmental milestones. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom conducive to learning. Skills Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices. Excellent classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment. Experience working in preschool settings with young children. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Understanding of child welfare regulations and best practices. Proficiency in tutoring techniques for diverse learning needs. Familiarity with special education requirements and strategies.
