Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:am-9:15am pm shift 3:30pm-6pm Looking for experience that matters? As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required CPR and First Aid certification required Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) Here's what you'll need: Must have a high school diploma or
GED, 3-6
