Job Description

Office Assistant / Preschool Teacher We are seeking a reliable, organized, and caring Office Assistant / Preschool Teacher to join our team. This position combines administrative support with classroom responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with young children, and be able to manage office tasks efficiently while helping create a safe and engaging learning environment. ResponsibilitiesOffice Assistant Duties Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally. Maintain student records and administrative files. Assist with enrollment, registration, and attendance tracking. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence. Order and maintain office and classroom supplies. Support daily administrative operations. Preschool Teacher Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities. Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment. Supervise children during classroom, playground, and meal times. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress. Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework preferred. 90/hours course work Previous experience in an office setting and/or preschool environment preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff. Pay:
$22.24 - $26.78 per hour
