All About Me Adult Day Program is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to seniors in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe in enhancing the quality of life for our participants by promoting independence, socialization, and overall well-being.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our participants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist participants with activities of daily living, program activities, and toileting. Monitor participants' health status and report any changes. Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met. Engage participants in meaningful activities and socialization opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the safety and hygiene of participants. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to develop individualized care plans. Provide emotional support and companionship to participants, promoting a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Provide personal care needs to members.

Qualifications:

The "want" to work with persons with a disability. A caring heart and passion to work with our population. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to get one. We will train you in a day program. No experience is okay. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Reliable and punctual.
