Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of infants and toddlers Supervise children closely to ensure safety and proper behavior management at all times Support diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and care Engage children through play, storytelling, music, and other stimulating activities that encourage learning and exploration Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, milestones, and any concerns Follow all mandated reporting laws to ensure children's safety and well-being are prioritized at all times Experience Prior experience working with young children in a daycare setting preferred Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices is essential Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid or related safety training is required or obtainable upon hire Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies for infants and toddlers is preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, team members, and children from diverse backgrounds Previous experience in daycare center settings or early childhood education environments will support success in this role Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing the next generation! Pay:

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
