Key Qualifications:

Current, active Ed Tech III certification required Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a school setting preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to support teachers and students across a range of classroom activities Dependable, flexible, and proactive approach

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional support Provide individualized or small-group guidance to students as directed Help organize and implement educational activities tailored to student needs Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere Monitor student behavior and safety, reporting concerns as appropriate Support in adapting materials and lessons for diverse learning styles
