Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support educators in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for students, particularly those with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children. A background in early childhood education or Montessori methods is highly desirable. Duties Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to individual student needs. Foster a positive learning environment by engaging students in meaningful interactions and activities. Help manage classroom behavior and promote social skills among students. Support the care of toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the school day. Collaborate with educators to adapt materials and teaching strategies for children with varying abilities. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related education practices. We can work together to develop your desired hours. Experience Previous experience working with children is preferred. A strong understanding of child development and educational methodologies will be beneficial for success in this role. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for educating and supporting children.
