Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys as a paraprofessional supporting school classrooms in the Falmouth, ME area. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with students and educators throughout the school year, helping young learners succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and small-group support to students, both within and outside the classroom Assist with academic tasks and classroom engagement activities Support students in developing social-emotional skills and appropriate behaviors Reinforce classroom expectations and positive conduct Collaborate daily with teachers and other staff to create enriching learning experiences Supervise students to ensure a safe and encouraging environment Help foster student independence and daily living abilities as needed Maintain an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere for all students
Qualifications:
