Teacher Assistant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support our educational team in fostering a positive learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about childhood development and possess the skills necessary to assist in the daily operations of our preschool or daycare setting. This role is essential in helping to nurture, educate, and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their growth and development. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Provide care and supervision for children during classroom activities, playtime, and meal times. Support behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Engage with children in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's development and behavior as needed. Assist with infant care when required, ensuring their comfort and safety. Experience Previous experience in caregiving, preschool, daycare, or similar environments is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is highly desirable. Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus. Skills in behavior management techniques are beneficial for maintaining a harmonious classroom atmosphere. Experience in childcare or nannying will be considered an asset. A genuine love for working with children and the ability to educate them through engaging activities.
