Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools strongly preferred Ability to assist with instructional activities and classroom management Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Experience supporting students with varied learning needs, including special education Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
