Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in an educational or child-focused setting is highly desirable Familiarity with classroom routines and supporting diverse student needs Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude Ability to follow teacher direction and assist with instructional activities Flexibility and patience in adapting to student needs throughout the day

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support to teachers and classroom staff during instructional time and activities Help reinforce lessons, monitor student progress, and work with individuals or small groups as needed Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Assist with non-instructional tasks such as organizing materials, supervising transitions, and supporting student behavior plans Collaborate with faculty to address students academic and social-emotional needs
