Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school support role High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in education or special education a plus Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities Ability to support students with diverse needs Reliable, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic classroom environment Willingness to collaborate with staff and take direction from classroom teachers and administration Patience and a genuine desire to help students succeed

Key Responsibilities:
