About the Role We're seeking a Teacher to join our close-knit team! This flexible role supports classrooms of all ages — from snuggly infants to curious preschoolers — stepping in where help is needed most. Every day looks a little different, but you'll always be making a difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

What You'll Do:

Build meaningful connections with children and families Step into different classrooms to support teachers and help keep things running smoothly. Engage children in play-based learning, crafts, songs, and activities. Help maintain a safe, clean, and happy environment. Assist with meals, diapering, potty training, and transitions throughout the day. Bring warmth, patience, and flexibility to everything you do.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who truly enjoys being around children of all ages. A positive team player with a flexible attitude. Reliable and caring — someone who can step in wherever needed with a smile. Previous childcare experience is wonderful but not required — we're happy to train the right person! Must be 18 or older and able to pass a background check.
