SCHEDULE/HOURS
Full-time, travel assignment Bring your therapeutic skills to an environment where patient-centered care, safety, and ongoing professional development are fundamental. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, create effective return-to-community plans, and serve as a mentor to patients, families, students, and peers. Engage in multifaceted learning and skill-building within a supportive team dedicated to exceptional care, safety, and personal growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Demonstrated hospital or outpatient therapy experience Competency in comprehensive patient assessments and plan development Familiarity with medical documentation and compliance standards Ability to uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions Commitment to continuing education and professional development Excellent communication, delegation, and teamwork skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate patients and tailor treatment plans to support rehabilitation and functional recovery Document all care clearly and timely per state, federal, and organizational requirements Supervise and guide therapy staff and students as appropriate, nurturing a positive learning environment Promote patient and workplace safety, adhering closely to guidelines on equipment use, infection control, and effective materials handling Participate in performance improvement, staying active in meetings, feedback, and organizational initiatives Maintain professional licensure and ongoing education, engaging in self-driven development
