Qualifications and Required Experience:

Current, valid Ed Tech III license requiredmust be in hand at start Proven experience working as a paraprofessional or similar role in a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist educators with classroom tasks and work directly with students Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners in a dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide academic, behavioral, and/or physical support to students as directed by certified staff Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom activities Support classroom management and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere Reinforce instruction through small group or one-on-one activities Maintain accurate records related to student progress and activities
