We are the bridge between healthcare and hospitality. Position Summary Looking for an adaptable Jack or Jill of all trades. You will be the first interaction with our members and ensure members needs are met through the entirety of their time at RÖRE. Energetic and educated to lead our group classes, which are purposely created and tailored to our members needs. Additionally, you will play an intricate role in the business by embodying our mission everyday; through administrative task, as well as helping each department in particular our café. Job Duties and Responsibilities Member greeter Teaching small group fitness and mobility classes Interacting, directing, and responding to members Admin Responsibilities (i.e., billing, purchasing, scheduling, phones, marketing, emails, errands, etc.,) Café assistance (i.e., coffee, team, smoothies, etc.,) Monitor/assist studio cleanliness/maintenance Assist other team members Work with an inter-professional team to optimize client experience Position Requirements Team Oriented Bachelors degree 2 years of group fitness experience Interested in fitness & wellness Hospitality driven Passionate about providing elevated service Detail oriented Personable Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to move about the studio for prolonged periods Yoga and/or palates certified
