The ideal candidate should have, or be pursuing, an early childhood degree; BA, AA or CDA to be considered. We participate with the
T.E.A.C.H.
program which covers the vast majority of school costs. Responsibilities with this teaching position include: maintaining a positive and nurturing environment, ensuring compliance with licensing, NAEYC, and GSQ regulations, maintaining a inclusive and safe learning environment, curriculum implementation, child observation and anecdotal note taking, effective family communication, positive classroom management, as well as other duties. These careers are year round, full time (40 hours/week), and offer a competitive benefits package, including great wages, paid vacation and sick leave, as well as professional development opportunities.
