Project FOCUS Program Assistant (Spitler Elementary)

Summary:

What You'll Do:

• Support daily after-school and summer programming
• Assist the Site Coordinator with activities and program operations
• Build positive connections with teachers, parents, and students
• Help recruit and retain students
• Support family events and program projects
• Keep attendance and enrollment records organized and accurate
• Use basic tech tools (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Follow safety, emergency, and discipline procedures
• Travel between sites as needed

Schedule:

12-20 hours/week (school year) 32 hours/week (6 weeks during summer)

Requirements:

• 18 or older
• High school diploma (experience in education/working with kids preferred)
• Strong communication, reliability, and organization
• Ability to lead age-appropriate activities
