This position performs administrative duties related to operations, scheduling, filing , data reporting and other duties as directed. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to be a flexible and dependable team member
Duties:
Assist the Family Resource Team Lead with daily administrative operations. Functions as part of a team to provide outreach and basic needs to the community. Maintains stock of resource center and informs supervisor of items needed Assists with onboarding of new staff or volunteers. Assist in creating and maintaining organizational systems/tools for compliance with funders and regulatory bodies. Displays exceptional customer service skills and a courteous telephone manner in all interactions with the public. Provides front desk receptionist coverage as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work Some Lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds) Tasks may involve extended periods of time at keyboard or workstation
Pay:
$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 24.0 per week
