Position:
At-Risk Intervention Paraprofessional (Elementary)
Job Summary :
To support achievement in core academic and behavior areas for 31A At-Risk eligible students using instructional objectives and lessons developed by the teacher and/or building Principal. Serve as a behavior intervention supervisor at lunch/recess and work with the Title 1 teacher and academic intervention groups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Associate's Degree preferred, Early Childhood, Child Development, or Reading Literacy Working knowledge and demonstrated competency (WorkKeys Test or MTTC Exam) in academic subjects. Experience with data, DIBELS, DRA, MLPP, and other assessments preferred Criminal Background and Central Registry check required for employment. High School diploma/GED. Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of computers, copiers, and other equipment to perform duties. Ability to maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information.

Elementary Principal Salary and Benefits:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience
