Responsibilities Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behaviors and helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social skills development Help with classroom setup, material preparation, and cleanup to ensure a smooth educational flow Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed Provide attentive care for preschoolers, including basic childcare routines such as feeding and nap time supervision Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support a cohesive educational experience Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to assist with classroom management and behavior guidance techniques Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues Join us to inspire young minds and support their journey of discovery!
