Duties Lead and supervise daily activities, including academics, sports, arts and crafts, field trips, and outdoor games, ensuring all clients are actively engaged and safe. Manage group dynamics through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions. Provide first aid when necessary, following safety protocols to address minor injuries or health concerns promptly. Support adults with special needs or those requiring additional assistance by implementing inclusive strategies aligned with development principles. Foster a positive environment by encouraging teamwork, good sportsmanship, and respectful communication among students. Requirements Prior experience working with special needs in settings such as daycare, tutoring, or babysitting is highly desirable. Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain certification prior to start date is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Enthusiasm for working outdoors and engaging in physical activity throughout the day.
