School Year Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Meets Michigan paraprofessional requirements Previous experience working with children preferred Ability to support students with academic, behavioral, and/or special education needs
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities Provide one-on-one and small-group student support Support behavior management and student engagement Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
