Stepping Stones Learning Center is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and be committed to creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans Supervise children and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development Help with meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and daily routines Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities, play, art, music, and outdoor time Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and management Follow all center policies, licensing requirements, and health and safety procedures Assist with classroom cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records Work cooperatively with other staff members as part of a team What We Offer Full-time, consistent hours Supportive and welcoming team environment Opportunities for training and professional development Hands-on experience in early childhood education Opportunity for growth within the center Competitive pay based on experience
