Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students according to teacher plans Assist with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and helping manage behaviors Support students with special needs, ensuring accommodations and modifications are met Help with supervision of students in and out of the classroom, including during transitions and meal times Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning atmosphere
