Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching to support our educators in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs. This role requires strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a commitment to fostering student development. Responsibilities Must be available to work till 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Assist teachers in lesson planning and curriculum development to enhance learning. Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support to students, co-teachers and management. Facilitate small group activities and assist in implementing instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning styles. Engage with students during playtime and structured activities, promoting social skills and childhood development. Maintain open communication with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns that arise. Help close classroom ensuring an organized and clean learning environment. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Experience Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred. Strong background in literacy education, math instruction, and special education practices is highly desirable. Proven ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff members. Experience in classroom settings or childcare environments that foster a nurturing educational experience is essential.
