This full-time role offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a 90-day contract basis with the potential to transition to a direct hire after 422 hours. Qualifications:

Highly qualified as a Paraprofessional, meeting ONE of the following: Successful completion of the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (ParaEducator Exam) At least 60 college credits (transcripts requireddiplomas/degree photos are not sufficient) Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under teacher direction Assist with classroom supervision, small-group work, and individualized attention Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student success Uphold school policies and contribute to a safe learning atmosphere
