Multiple full-time contract positions are available for passionate individuals invested in student success. Openings span early childhood, elementary, high school, and specialized programseach offering unique opportunities to positively impact learners lives. Openings include roles in early childhood (preschool, up to 35 hours/week), elementary education (78 hours/day), high school (7.5 hours/day), and specialized settings including support for students ages 1822 and positions with a focus on behavioral management and Level IV Programs.

Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Ability to meet MN Department of Education paraprofessional standards (pathways include Associates Degree, 60 college credits, paraprofessional assessment, or equivalent) Experience with children or individuals with special needs is valued Eager to support learning and development through flexibility and teamwork Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:
