Beck's Montessori Accelerated Learning Center in Eagan is a licensed childcare center seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our Infant classroom ! To be
QUALIFIED
for this position, we require MN ECE Assistant Teacher Qualified and previous experience in a licensed classroom setting. Montessori experience preferred.
Required Shift:
Monday -
Friday, Full-time Compensation:

Main Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety and well-being of students at all times. Assist the Lead Teacher in all aspects of the development and implementation of the educational environment and curriculum. Develops positive relationships with children and families. Participates in professional development activities designated by the Director. Maintains a neat, clean, well-organized, and attractive prepared environment consistent with Montessori pedagogy. Ensures that the classroom and associated areas (including playground) meet all licensing, safety, and health requirements. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
