Fergus Falls Public Schools The Fergus Falls School District is seeking to fill a para educator position at our Area Learning Center for the 2026-27 school year. This position works 5.75 hours/day and is scheduled 172 days. The wage rate is $21.25-22.80/hour. This position has a benefit package that includes life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 403b, pension plan; along with sick and personal leave.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
: The tasks listed below are not intended to limit other tasks that might reasonably be assigned as necessary. Supervise students before school, during morning/afternoon breaks, lunch period, and other non-teaching times as necessary. Manage student behavior, promoting problem solving and self-regulation. Support students to emotionally regulate. Utilize a school-wide behavior management plan. Assist students with academic assignments in the classroom. Attendance Check and enter daily attendance Call parents to verify absence Assist with truancy letters Breakfast/Lunch period supervision Use District's software program to monitor and track student food accounts Distribute second breakfast Care for sick and/or injured students; administer medications as needed. Make copies as needed for teaching staff. Assist on field trips. In-service participation as required.Application deadline:
