Job Description

Full-Time Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher Little Beginnings Learning Center | Hastings, MN Do you believe childhood should be filled with wonder, exploration, and meaningful connections? Little Beginnings Learning Center is seeking a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher to join our Faith and Nature-Based early childhood program. At Little Beginnings, we believe children learn best through hands-on experiences, outdoor exploration, and caring relationships. Our team values creativity, teamwork, and creating a safe environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
What You'll Do:
Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment Support children's development through play-based and nature-inspired learning experiences Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Participate in outdoor learning experiences in all seasons Maintain compliance with Minnesota licensing requirements Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and education
Qualifications:
Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher qualified under Minnesota Rule 3 Passion for working with young children Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience in early childhood education preferred

Schedule:
Full-Time Monday-Friday No evenings or weekends
Pay:
$16.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
