Job Description

Little Acorns Learning Center is seeking an energetic, responsible, and qualified individual for a full time position in our younger toddler room! Little Acorns is a family owned and operated child care since 1997 with programs for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. These programs include developmentally appropriate schedules, our own unique child-led curriculum, and activities that promote school readiness. We all are in the child care business because it truly is our vision to positively impact the lives of the children in our community. We are looking for a teacher that lives out our core values: community, growth, fun, safety, and excellence, and is ready to join our team of dedicated teachers!
Responsibilities:
To assist the classroom lead teacher in providing a safe and enriching environment and to engage the children in appropriate and constructive interaction. To meet basic safety, health, and physical needs. To maintain an effective classroom environment. To engage appropriately with each child. To appropriately manage child behavior.
