Little Stars Early Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about children's growth and development. This position is ideal for college-aged students interested in gaining hands-on experience with children, offering flexible full-time and part-time shifts.Responsibilities:
- Assist in
Child Engagement:
Support teachers in daily programs and activities.- Foster a
Positive Environment:
Create a nurturing, safe space for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.Build and Maintain Relationships:
Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
Professional Development:
Participate in training and take initiative in educational improvement.Qualifications:
- A positive, sensitive attitude toward children.
