Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Must fulfill Minnesota Highly Qualified Paraprofessional criteria prior to presentation for consideration: Option 1: Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (MN Para Educator Exam) Option 2: Hold at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas or degrees are not sufficient) Resume and proof of highly qualified status (test score or transcripts) are mandatory with application Experience working with K-12 students is highly valued Ability to build rapport with students and support individualized learning plans Professional, adaptable, and collaborative approach to working in a setting 4 program

Role Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction and implement activities tailored for diverse student needs Assist teachers and related staff by reinforcing behavioral, social, and academic goals Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students in the RTLC program Uphold the school's policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Track and report student progress as needed This contract runs from September 8, 2026, to December 7, 2026, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 2:45 pm.
