Required Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with children and staff Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency preferred Spanish-only speaking candidates are welcomed Must provide documentation of one of the following: Approximately 60 qualifying college credits (two years of college) Associates degree or higher Passing score on an MDE-approved paraprofessional assessment Completed MDE competency-grid documentation Previous experience in a school or child-centered setting is a plus Adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful mindset
