We are seeking individuals with a strong background in education, coaching, or swimming.Ideal candidates will possess:
Teaching/Coaching Experience:
- Experience working with children or adults in an educational or coaching capacity.
- Preschool, elementary school, or special education teaching experience is highly valued.
- Experience as a sports coach or mentor is a plus.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and effective swimming lessons for students.
- Teach fundamental swimming skills, water safety, and stroke techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
- Maintain a safe and organized pool environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
Ideal Candidates Will Have Experience In:
- Preschool or elementary school teaching.
- Special education.
- Sports coaching or mentoring.
- Competitive swimming or lifeguarding.
