Looking For:

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in education, coaching, or swimming.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Teaching/Coaching Experience:

• Experience working with children or adults in an educational or coaching capacity.
• Preschool, elementary school, or special education teaching experience is highly valued.
• Experience as a sports coach or mentor is a plus.

• Essential Qualities:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective swimming lessons for students.
• Teach fundamental swimming skills, water safety, and stroke techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
• Maintain a safe and organized pool environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
