Children's Corner Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable Teacher Aide to support children and teachers across our Perham center. If you enjoy spending time with kids and like a day with variety, we'd love to meet you. You'll work alongside our teachers in different classrooms, helping children feel safe, included, and ready to learn. Some days you may read stories and join in play; other days you may help with meals, outdoor time, or classroom routines. What you'll do Help care for and actively supervise children throughout the day. Join in play, stories, art, music, and outdoor activities. Support teachers with meals, rest time, diapering or toileting, and other daily routines. Help keep classrooms clean, safe, and welcoming. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Follow center policies and Minnesota child care licensing requirements. What we're looking for Someone who is patient, reliable, and enjoys working with children. A team member who is comfortable helping in different classrooms. Someone who is at least 16 years old and able to complete the required background study and training. No degree or previous child care center experience is required.
