•Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking three qualified Paraprofessionals for full-time, onsite positions supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year near Red Wing, Minnesota. These opportunities are ideal for dedicated paraprofessionals who are passionate about supporting students in both special education and general education settings. Location:
Middle School Responsibilities Provide direct academic, behavioral, and/or classroom support to students based on individual needs. Assist teachers with implementing classroom activities, lessons, and student support strategies. Support students in participating in instructional activities and maintaining engagement throughout the school day. Provide individualized assistance as directed by classroom and special education staff. Help promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Assist students with daily classroom routines and transitions as appropriate. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries within the school environment. Required Qualifications Must meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements. Associate's degree (AA) OR Paraeducator certification required. Previous paraprofessional or school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills. Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment.
