Early Childhood Family Education Instructional Paraprofessional (0.7 FTE) Richfield Public Schools 7001 Harriet Ave (Show on map) Sep 01, 2026 The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a part-time (0.7 FTE) Early Childhood Family Education Instructional Paraprofessional at Central Education Center. This position will work with children birth-5 in the ECFE program and assist with Early Childhood screenings. In Richfield Public Schools, we believe that all students are capable of achieving their dreams with the proper educational foundation. Students in Richfield will receive a challenging, engaging, and relevant academic experience which will prepare them for college, career, and life. Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified: Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education, or have an Associate's degree or higher, or obtained a passing score of 460 on the MN-approved assessment ParaPro test, which measures math and reading skills.

Spanish Fluency preferred.

Experience working in an early childhood or similar environment preferred.

Pay Rate:

$23.19

•$26.30 (Based on education and experience).
