35 Hours per Week | Monday-Friday | 7:15 AM - 2:15 PM Position Overview Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a middle school resource classroom . This is a rewarding opportunity for an education professional who enjoys working closely with students and helping them achieve academic and personal success in a supportive school environment. Responsibilities Provide academic and classroom support to middle school students. Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management. Support students in meeting individual educational goals. Reinforce lessons and learning strategies in both small-group and individual settings. Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school personnel to support student success. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the educational team. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of paraprofessional experience in a school setting required . High school diploma or equivalent required. Must meet one of the following qualification pathways: Completion of at least 60 college credits from an accredited institution, OR Associate's degree or higher, OR Passing score on an approved paraprofessional assessment, including: ParaPro Assessment (455 passing score), or ParaEducator Assessment (65% Instructional Support and 70% Knowledge & Application).
