Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with children aged 0-5 years, implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development. Your expertise in early childhood education will help shape the learning experiences of our students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere. Assess and monitor children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development. Create inclusive lesson plans that accommodate children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum or with other disabilities. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
