Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:00

PM Kids Club Special Education Paraprofessional:

Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM-5:30

PM Kids Club Lead:

Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM-6:00

PM Desired Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to work with elementary-aged children, including those with special needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for helping students achieve their potential. Ability to assist with implementing individualized educational plans and behavior strategies. Basic understanding of classroom management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to students in classroom, small group, or one-on-one settings. Assist lead teachers or program leaders in carrying out educational and enrichment activities. Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued. Help manage student behavior and provide positive reinforcement. Monitor student progress and communicate observations to educational staff. Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions, ensuring safety and engagement.
