TriSource is seeking a compassionate and dependable Day Program Aide for a contract position in Arnold, MD. This position supports adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting by assisting them in developing work and life skills, achieving personal goals, and participating in meaningful activities that enhance their independence and quality of life. Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities within a group home or day program setting Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (no more than 2 points; must be a valid/regular license, not provisional) Reliable transportation CPR/First Aid Certification Mandt Certification DDA Core 9 Certificate Ability to pass a background check and drug screen High School Diploma or GED Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals participating in the day program Assist individuals with developing work, activity, and daily living skills Support participants in achieving personal goals and outcomes Encourage positive behaviors, engagement, and independence Assist with community integration and recreational activities as needed Maintain accurate documentation and reports Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served Follow all agency policies, procedures, and DDA regulations
