Rate of Pay Range:
$16.27/hour•$23.04/hour based on experience and education. This position provides support to the Executive Director, helps maintain day-to-day activities, assists with all fundraising campaigns, event planning, and program management. Position also assists with all communication channels, including social media, email newsletters, press releases, videos, and website. Looking for someone with a cheerful, positive attitude, a team player mindset, and who enjoys working in an educational environment and with the community. Must possess excellent communication, organization and people skills and be a self-starter. Must be willing to work the occasional weeknight/weekend for events. Experience with Canva, Google, Meta Business, and QuickBooks preferred. The Belton Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that supports children and education in the Belton School District.
