Job Description

Position Summary The Associate, Student Support performs duties necessary to provide a variety of support and resource services for students utilizing services through Student Affairs offices such as TRIO, Counseling, Student Assistance Program (SAP), and the Access office, serving as the primary point of contact for students seeking services. Primary Duties Performed Provides front desk coverage for the Campus Life office; assists students with obtaining STLCC student identification and Allied Health Professional identification as applicable. Maintains confidential student records and databases; enters, monitors, and verifies data; completes necessary forms, copies, scans, and distributes student information as needed. Monitors student computer usage and student workers within the Campus Life office. Assists with monitoring the Campus Life office and student activities during events to support safe and efficient operations. Assists with preparing, packing, unpacking, organizing, and storing supplies and equipment for Campus Life events; maintains and monitors the Campus Life storage area. Monitors office operations, including maintaining supplies, collecting and processing student travel forms, coordinating appointments, processing expenses and requisitions, distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) months of related full-time experience
