As a Paraprofessional/RBT specializing in 1:1 pediatric care, youll collaborate closely with educators and clinical teams to guide and empower students to achieve their fullest potential. Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience working as a school paraprofessional or RBT, especially in pediatric settings Strong background in supporting children exhibiting behavioral challenges Ability to build rapport and motivate students individually Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and data collection Excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability Team-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support for students requiring behavioral intervention throughout the school day Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of certified staff Model and reinforce positive behaviors, social skills, and coping strategies Document progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment conducive to learning Support classroom instruction and enrichment activities as needed
