Job Description

Lead and Assistant Teachers Community Day School Full and part time About the position: Small class sizes Supportive leadership Paid plan time Flexible schedules (accomodate working moms) No evening or weekend hours Positive team culture Professional development Consistent hours for full time and/or permanent part time staff Qualifications Lead - B.S. in Early Childhood /Child Development or CDA with experience preferred Assistant - 9+ hours in Early Childhood or Child Development Course work or CDA preferred. Will consider individuals with group child care experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Treat children with dignity and respect and keep them safe. Assess children's learning and development. Plan and implement curriculum to address individual needs, culture and socioeconomic background. Document children's learning through communication apps, panels and/or portfolios. Manage classroom, share housekeeping responsibilities and uphold the policies of the school. Maintain standards for Missouri licensing. Maintain positive relationships with parents through daily conversations, classroom correspondence and conferences. Work with co-teachers and other staff responsibly, with kindness and respect
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
