Key Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience supporting individuals with severe disabilities and implementing behavior intervention plans Demonstrated ability to assist medically fragile students safely and respectfully Comfort working with a diverse student population spanning early childhood through young adulthood Familiarity with Hoyer lifts is a plus, but not required Calm, adaptable nature and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and an empathetic, patient mindset
