- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team.
Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents and caregivers
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as necessary
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare is preferred
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is highly desirable
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is an asset
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
Requirements:
- A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
- Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and student records
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Flexibility to work collaboratively as part of a team
