  • We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team.
As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment. If you have experience working with children and are committed to their growth and development, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
  • Develop and maintain open lines of communication with parents and caregivers
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as necessary
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
  • Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Experience:
  • Previous experience in childcare is preferred
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is an asset
  • Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
Requirements:
  • A passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, materials, and student records
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively as part of a team
